Can I order a reservation now?
Prepare your itinerary and passenger details, review your request, then proceed to Checkout. A saved draft is not a confirmed airline reservation or a paid ticket.
Is a reservation a ticket for boarding?
No. An unticketed reservation is not a paid airline ticket for boarding. A booking reference alone does not prove a ticket was issued or paid for.
Can a visa or entry outcome be promised?
No. Authorities and airlines decide their own requirements. Check the official instructions for your nationality, visa type and route.
When does a reservation expire?
The airline or reservation provider sets the actual expiry or ticketing deadline. Check the date, time, time zone and current status. Receiving an email does not extend that deadline.
How do I verify a reservation?
Use the verification method supplied by the provider that created it. Check the passenger, itinerary, ticketing status and expiry. A PDF alone does not prove a live booking exists.
What does a reservation service fee pay for?
A service fee pays for the reservation service described by its provider. It is separate from airfare unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not currently offering a purchasable package or collecting fees.
What if I have a payment concern?
Contact the project using the support page with a non-sensitive transaction reference and date. Do not send card details. This version of the website does not process payments.
