No. The service supports temporary reservation confirmations for travel-planning and visa-document workflows. It does not sell airline tickets for boarding.

Can a visa outcome be promised?

No. Authorities, airlines, embassies, consulates, visa centers, and border officials make their own decisions. Customers must verify official requirements.

When does validity start?

Validity starts when the reservation support document is delivered, or at the scheduled delivery time if that add-on is selected and operationally supportable.

What corrections are supported?

Minor pre-delivery typos can usually be reviewed. Major route, date, passenger, or post-delivery changes may require a new order depending on fulfillment status.

When is a refund available?

If the service cannot deliver the promised reservation support document, support records a failure state and provides the applicable resolution or refund path. Delivered digital services may have limited refund eligibility.
