These terms explain customer responsibilities, prohibited use, and how the temporary reservation support service should be used.
Core terms
- The service is designed for lawful travel-planning and visa-document workflows only.
- Customers must enter accurate passenger names, route details, dates, contact details, and appointment timing.
- Customers must verify official requirements with the relevant authority before relying on any reservation document.
- The service does not create airline tickets for boarding, fake PNRs, forged documents, altered documents, official determinations, or guaranteed outcomes.
- Temporary reservation support must not be presented as a paid airline ticket, permission to board, visa approval, immigration approval, or official acceptance by any authority.
Prohibited use and refusal rights
- Customers must not alter, forge, resell, impersonate, or misrepresent any reservation-support document.
- Customers must not use the service to deceive airlines, embassies, consulates, visa centers, governments, border officials, travel authorities, payment providers, or other reviewers.
- Customers must not request documents for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating purposes.
- Support may refuse, cancel, refund, or escalate any request that appears suspicious, inconsistent, unsupported, deceptive, or unlawful.
- The operating brand, support contact, and head-office details must remain consistent across the site.
