Customers and support agents can see whether an order is pending, in progress, delivered, changed, expired, refunded, failed, or cancelled.

Customer resolution paths

  • Delivery problem: contact support with order ID and appointment timing.
  • Minor typo before delivery: request correction review before fulfillment completes.
  • Failed fulfillment: support records a failed state and provides refund or resolution options.
  • Refund request: eligibility is reviewed against the published refund policy and fulfillment status.
